A solar energy package designed and installed properly will tie into (grid tie in) your existing electrical system.  A typical system will consist of panels that are 32’’ wide and 60’’ tall and produce about 175 watts each. The panels are usually located facing south and installed in an array, wired together to achieve optimum results.  Each panel is built with an aluminum frame and non reflective safety glass. The electrical current runs into the home and into an inverter that changes the DC current to AC current.  Our company sells inverters that have a battery monitor and charger built in. This enables you to have very little wasted energy and harness energy produced during sunlight hours.

Batteries are an essential part of the system. By holding the power in batteries, you benefit from your system day and night. We sell and use AGM deep cell batteries that typically last 10 years if installed properly. Each battery weights about 140 pounds and the average system uses 10-  12 volt batteries.

Our company also offers products and seminars for do it yourself solar panels and systems. Our solar cells are made in Germany, Germany is the largest solar cell producer of Grade A mono crystalline cells. Our seminars are personal and informative. All products we sell and install have the Energy Star Rating and UL ratings. Currently, the federal government offers a 30% tax rebate toward solar energy systems with no limit on the rebate amount. Other incentives may be offered from your utility provider,  state or local municipality.
